About Me

naoshima-island
Hello there! I’m Olivia Griselda, a 27-year-old Indonesian who has been living in Singapore for the past 13 years. I started dabbling in photography 12 years ago, when I saw my brother photographing the city of Shanghai.

While my day job is at a 24/7 food TV channel, my passion is art and filmmaking. I’m currently working on a new short film for 2017 release.

Interested in my previous works? Check out comedy webseries “Alice Wants a Date”, which I directed and was fully crowdfunded through Indiegogo!

I also was a crew member in 2015 independent film “Remittance”, which follows a Philippine domestic worker’s journey in building her life in Singapore. I edited and produced the film’s behind-the-scenes clips.

About the Photo Blog

A moment lost is a moment gone forever. Many beautiful moments in our lives we miss simply because we forget to pause, take a deep breath, and appreciate the present moment. For me, failing to capture these moments often translate to regrets. And so, I’ve promised myself that whenever such scene is due, it shall be remembered.

Feel free to drop me a line if you’re heading to Singapore!

  1. Enjoyed looking around your blog. I will most definitely be back. Must say though, I’m jealous of the Singapore weather right now! Seoul is too damn cold ha.

  2. sometimes when we delve deeper into photography, we try too hard to make a pretty photo, and forget to capture the moments which should be remembered, great blog and keep it up!

I try hard to capture moments, especially with my children but I am working on more “universal” moments if you will. I love what I have seen of your photos and look forward to seeing more ‘captured moments’ from you. :D
